At Bockman’s, we strive to make doing business with us as easy as possible. Our business practices are set up to make getting your vehicle’s needed repairs, maintenance and upkeep as affordable as we can.
Customer Care Program
For instance, we recommend that you join our Customer Care Program. You’ll earn points you can use on future services and you can even donate your unused credits to a local charity.
Estimates
You will always be contacted and presented with an estimate for service costs once our technicians have looked over your vehicle. While we are pretty good at being accurate, do know that sometimes the estimate will change if we find other things wrong. In most cases, our customer service representative will let you know if this is the case ahead of time.
Payment Terms
Payment for repairs and maintenance to your vehicle is expected when service is completed and you are ready to pick up your vehicle. You may pay by cash, local check, or credit/debit card. We do also offer financing through the NAPA EasyPay Financing Program (see below).
Financing
We offer the NAPA EasyPay Financing Program, a 6-month special financing plan, available* on purchases of $199 or more made with your NAPA EasyPay credit card. NAPA EasyPay Credit Card Cardholder Benefits

We stand behind our work with the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind® Warranty. This written warranty is honored at more than 17,000 locations nationwide – more than any other automotive repair brand. Benefits of this warranty:
- Included FREE with your qualifying repair or service work.
- Covers parts and labor on qualifying repairs and services for 36 months/36,000 miles.
- Honored nationwide by thousands of NAPA AutoCare Centers, so you’re protected even when you travel.
